BICOLANO AS A HUMAN RESOURCE

A Bicolano is unique as an individual and has long been known to have enduring resistance in the pace of whatever obstacles and challenges just like any other Filipino.

He has been one of the living proof of individuals who can survive the wraths of war and natural calamities, or even chronic economic necessities and political maladies; more so with bickering cults, sects and other religious congregations. He is easily attracted to charismatic persuasion, or by tender tap on the shoulder, or just a simple smile but hard to convince. He plans everything and carefully determine the effects by calculating the risks involve and benefits to be attained. Most of all, he is dignified and believes the value of self-respect and self-preservation. When he decided things up, it is a sure beat no matter what will be the consequences for his action --- a beat drummer of his prime who accepts the command of great responsibility.

He is a pragmatist but skeptical in all his undertakings either with business, family, school and friends. An strenuous instrumentalist who applies his worded principles into action, action into achievements, achievements into concretized models in attaining finite sobriety and self-satisfaction money can’t buy.

A Bicolano can be portrayed as a quixotic individual most willing to drive above obstacles: a reasonable theorist and benign concept thinker with even competitiveness. He does not think opponents as enemies but friends for his own improvement. When he is alone in the feat, he tries to attain survival to even the most unthinkable situation and unexpected events of his life probably no one has achieved. He only smiles and thought about these experiences as they tinker up again and again because he consider them only as one of those most precious winning moments of a prime time as against time wasted.

A Bicolano works above ordinary time who determines purposively the crest and threshhold, thence, create from it his own selfless world refurbishing past line of achievements. Even in silence, he stimulates others for a better perspective and great opportunity in life.

A Bicolano greatly believes the sense of liberty and freedom responsive to and for all his commitments. He never tried to suppress and forget even the most unimportant things others have seen and denied, but treats them instead as living instruments and derivatives to mend and define loose ends. He is a reasonable, imaginative inventor of change, and achiever of truth and justice, and most of all an industrious seeker of innovations in all aspects of human activity whether in politics, society, economy and religion.

Therefore, a Bicolano is a finite scientist to both nature and environment: a metamorphosis of revolutionized social, economic, and political phenomenon both as a complete and incomplete man only God knows.

He must be a responsible head of the family and a paragon for all his countrymen.
